A 34-apartment recovery project in Glenfield, taken over from a distressed contract and completed to a high standard.

Precision Build Partners was engaged to take over this 34-apartment, 5-level walk-up development near completion, after the original contractor's contract became distressed. At handover, the project was at varying stages of completion — some units fully fitted out with all fixtures and fittings installed, while other areas still required first-fix services and pre-line work. Despite the complexities of inheriting a partially built project, our team stepped in, assessed the remaining scope, and completed the development to a high level of quality. This project demonstrates our proven ability to take over distressed projects, stabilise them, and deliver a successful outcome. Strong collaboration across the entire project team and effective management of previously unfamiliar subcontractors ensured a seamless finish. The development achieved a Homestar 6 rating.
